He graduated in Communications and began his career as a journalist at <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jornal de Letras<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Since 1998, he has been working as a scriptwriter. In 2003, together with Miguel G\u00f3is, Z\u00e9 Diogo Quintela and Tiago Dores, he formed the comedy group Gato Fedorento. He is the author and presenter of the weekly TV program <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isto \u00e9 gozar com quem trabalha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on SIC, writes a weekly column in <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expresso<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and is part of the panel of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programa cujo nome estamos legalmente impedidos de dizer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the successor to <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Governo Sombra<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on SIC Not\u00edcias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His columns in the press have been collected in six books: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boca do Inferno<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (2007), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Novas Cr\u00f3nicas da Boca do Inferno<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (APE Grand Prize for Chronicle 2009), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Chama Imensa<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (2010), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nov\u00edssimas Cr\u00f3nicas da Boca do Inferno<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (2013), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reaccion\u00e1rio com Dois C\u00eas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (2017), and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estar Vivo Aleija<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (2018). He has also published various volumes of the Mix\u00f3rdia de Tem\u00e1ticas collection, which gather the scripts of his radio program, and an essay titled <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Doen\u00e7a, o Sofrimento e a Morte Entram num Bar<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (2016, also published in Brazil). His collection of non-fiction titled <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se n\u00e3o entenderes eu conto de novo, p\u00e1<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Tinta-da-china, 2012) is also available in Brazil.
