On the afternoon of November 17, at 3pm, Maria Jo\u00e3o Costa will interview the journalist and writer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The interview will take place in the Espa\u00e7o Vita Auditorium and admission is free.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rodrigo Guedes de Carvalho was born in 1963 in Porto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He made his fiction debut at the age of 28 with the novel Daqui a nada (1992), winner of the UN Young Talent Award. This was followed by A Casa Quieta (2005), Mulher em Branco (2006), Can\u00e1rio (2007), O Pianista de Hotel (2017) &#8211; SPA Authors&#8217; Prize for Best Book of Narrative Fiction 2018 -, Jogos de Raiva (2018), Margarida Espantada (2020), Cuidado com o C\u00e3o (2022), As Cinco M\u00e3es de Serafim (2023).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He is also the author of the film scripts for Coisa Ruim (2006, Fantasporto Opening Film) and Entre os Dedos (2009), and the play Os p\u00e9s no arame (2002).
